I'm a CSin3 Student at California State University, Monterey Bay and Hartnell College. CSin3 is a selective and rigorous computer science program that offers students to graduate in three years with a bachelor's in computer science, which is based on a community learning model. The reason I decided to go here is because I wanted to be a part of a cohort with like-minded peers where we can motivate each other to strive for success inside and outside the classroom. My aspiration is to become a software engineer to make a positive impact in people's lives and contribute to something larger than myself for my community.

I come from a family of strawberry pickers and Mexican immigrants, so I have seen resiliensce and strength firsthand from my parents. My family is my utmost importance. They are my main motivation and support system. They inspire me to always put effort into everything and to never give up.
